Hey pals! So sorry the email is particularly late this week, I have been in a hellish work tunnel (I hope to emerge eventually).
Here’s all the usual info:
If this will be your first time joining Magic Hour, here’s what it’s all about: basically it’s a virtual, quiet, hour-long creative session where we all log on, have a quick (totally optional) chat about what we’re hoping to use the time for and then we get on with working on our separate projects but with a nice feeling of togetherness. You can write or draw or paint or make jewellery or simply read.
The idea is having some accountability about giving our creative work the focus it deserves and helping with motivation. At the end of the hour, we unmute and have a little chat, share how we’re getting on (if you feel like it, no pressure to talk at all!).
This week’s Magic Hour will be on Sunday the 4th of May from 10am-11am (Irish Time).
All the info to join is below…

Hi there! Off-topic but I just finished Intermezzo and I feel like I saw a thing where you talked about it somewhere. I need to talk about it. ❤️
ps. I used to work with your mum MOS at the SI, years ago (I was a sub-editor). She was and is lovely! We ran into each other at Sandymount beach & playground a few years back & she got to see my little boy (now 10). It was so nice to see her. I didn't know you were related til this week when I was searching online for the Intermezzo thing.
pps. She is also as chic as. :)
