This week I’m running a slightly longer Magic Hour as a bit of an experiment.

This week I’m running a slightly longer Magic Hour as a bit of an experiment and it’s a bit of an earlier start – I am a big fan of early mornings for creative work. However, if 8am on a Sunday morning feels like a violence (!) feel free to join at any time. We will go until 10am.

If this will be your first time joining Magic Hour, here’s what it’s all about: basically it’s a virtual, quiet creative session where we all log on, have a quick (totally optional) chat about what we’re hoping to use the time for and then we get on with working on our separate projects but with a nice feeling of togetherness. You can write or draw or paint or make jewellery or simply read.

The idea is having some accountability about giving our creative work the focus it deserves and helping with motivation. At the end of the session, we unmute and have a little chat, share how we’re getting on (if you feel like it, no pressure to talk at all!).

This week’s magic hour is on Sunday the 2nd of February at 8am to 10am (Irish time). Link to join is below!
